Ian joined the practice in 2009 after gaining qualifications and experience at another local practice.  He has helped steer the business in new directions over the years and is now in charge of business development being the main point of contact for new clients as well as our business coaching and development programmes for start-ups and growing businesses.  Having run a business that has been chaos and that is now profitable and systemised, Ian appreciates getting specialists in to get jobs done well and right first time and understands the difficulties that many business owners face.  When not in the office Ian enjoys spending time with his family and running, particularly through the forests and Welsh mountains.
