Estelle joined Consilium after working with a large independent accountancy practice and a well-established Scottish mid-tier firm bringing a wealth of knowledge in areas such as accounts compliance, company secretarial services, management accounts, outsourcing, VAT returns, advisory days, systems implementation and has been involved in larger advisory projects to help reshape the processes and procedures within organisations.

When meeting new clients Estelle is most interested in getting to know the client and to understand their business goals and aspirations as this is the only way to help clients to move forward with their business ideas in the long and short term. The most important question she asks any client is where do you want to be in 5 years, this enables her to work with them to achieve their business goals.
