Malcolm is a Chartered Accountant and registered auditor, and was appointed partner at the age of 29. He is the driving force behind the development of Genus, Shorts' dedicated in-house advisory team. He was instrumental in achieving Shorts' Platinum status of Xero 'cloud' accounting.
